Dropora is a UK trade-only wholesale dropshipping platform. Our resellers sell on their own websites and marketplaces and we fulfil every order to their customers. Behind that sits the Verified Supplier Programme: the way we choose the brands, manufacturers, importers and wholesalers whose products appear in the catalogue, and the standards every one of them agrees to. This page explains how it works and how to apply.
Why supply through Dropora
- One customer, many sales channels. You deal with Dropora alone. Our resellers list your products on Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, eBay and their own stores, so your range reaches shoppers you would otherwise have to find yourself.
- No marketing cost to you. Resellers market the products; we supply the product data, images and stock levels that keep their listings accurate.
- Simple order flow. Resellers pay Dropora from a prepaid wallet when they order, so orders reach you confirmed and paid for. Depending on the arrangement we either pick and pack from stock you hold with us, or pass each order to you to dispatch.
- Stock and data in sync. Stock levels you give us flow straight through to every connected reseller store, which protects you and them from overselling.
- You stay in control of your brand. Trade prices, recommended retail prices, product content and the channels resellers may sell on are agreed with you.
Two ways to work with us
- Stocked by Dropora. You send stock to our fulfilment operation. We hold it, pick, pack and dispatch each order (blind where the reseller asks for it) and handle tracking and returns.
- Dispatched by you. Stock stays in your warehouse. We send you each paid order with the customer’s delivery details and your agreed trade price; you dispatch within the agreed time and pass us the tracking number, which we forward to the reseller and their store.
What we look for
- Quality products with consistent stock, ideally held in the UK, so resellers can rely on availability all year.
- Accurate product data: clear titles, honest descriptions, good images, barcodes (EAN/GTIN), weights and dimensions, and variant details for sizes or colours.
- Trade pricing that leaves room for a margin, together with a sensible recommended retail price.
- Reliable dispatch and returns handling, with tracked UK delivery and a clear process for damaged or faulty items.
- Compliance: UK product safety and labelling requirements (including UKCA/CE marking where it applies), the right to sell the brands you offer, and accurate VAT invoicing.
How verification works
- Apply using the form below. Tell us who you are, what you sell and where your stock is held.
- Review. We check the business (Companies House and VAT registration where applicable), trading history, product range and compliance, and we may ask for samples or test an order.
- Agree terms. Trade prices, the stock arrangement, dispatch times, returns, data protection and how product data will be exchanged are agreed in writing before anything goes live.
- Onboard. You supply product data as a CSV or Excel file, a stock feed we fetch on a schedule, or through an agreed system link. We load it, check it and run test orders with you.
- Go live and stay verified. Your products are published to resellers. We monitor stock accuracy, dispatch times and problem rates, and review verified status regularly so resellers can keep trusting the catalogue.
Common questions
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. There is no charge to apply. Commercial terms are agreed individually with each supplier before products go live.
Where should stock be held?
UK-held stock works best because resellers promise their customers UK delivery times. We can discuss other arrangements for products with long lead times.
Who is the customer when an order is placed?
Dropora. Resellers buy from us and we buy from you, so you have one trade account to manage. Parcels can be sent blind so neither Dropora nor the reseller is named as the retailer.
How is customer data handled?
Delivery details belong to the reseller’s customer and are shared with you only to dispatch that order, under our Data Processing Agreement and your written terms with us. They must not be used for anything else.
Can you sell my products on marketplaces for me?
We do not sell to the public ourselves. Our resellers list your products on their own stores and marketplaces; our job is to supply them accurately and quickly.
