Who can open a reseller account?
Dropora is for UK businesses and sole traders who resell products to their own customers. You do not need to be VAT registered to apply.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Registration is free and there is no monthly fee. You pay the trade price for the products you order, plus delivery.
Why is my account pending?
After you verify your email address, new accounts may be reviewed by our team before trade access is switched on. You will receive an email when your account is approved.
Products and pricing
Why can’t I see prices?
Trade prices are shown to approved resellers. Log in to your account, or register if you do not have one yet.
Are the stock levels live?
Stock shown on product pages comes directly from our stock records and is reduced as orders are placed.
What is a product list?
A list is a saved group of products, for example the products you sell in one store. You can export a list as CSV or Excel, or push it to a connected Shopify store.
Ordering and payment
How do I place a dropship order?
Add products to your cart and go to checkout. Enter your customer’s name and delivery address, choose blind dispatch if required, and pay.
How does the wallet work?
The wallet is a prepaid balance. Add funds by card or PayPal, then pay for orders from your balance at checkout. Every deposit, payment and refund is listed in your transaction history.
Can I upload several orders at once?
Yes. Use Bulk Orders in your dashboard to upload a CSV file. Each row is validated before any order is created, and orders are paid from your wallet.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Wallet balance, debit and credit cards, and PayPal. Card details are handled by our payment providers and are never stored on this website.
Shipping
What is blind shipping?
A blind shipment contains no Dropora branding, invoice or prices, so your customer sees only your business.
How do I get tracking?
When an order is dispatched on a tracked service, the tracking number and link are shown on the order in your dashboard and emailed to you.
Shopify
Can I connect my Shopify store?
Yes. Open Shopify in your dashboard and follow the connection steps. Once connected you can push products from your lists, and stock and prices are kept in sync.
