Dropora holds the stock and handles fulfilment, so you can concentrate on selling. Each paid order goes into our fulfilment queue and is dispatched to the delivery address you provide.
What we handle
- Stock holding. Products are held by Dropora. Stock levels shown on the site come from the same records we pick from.
- Pick and pack. Orders are picked and packed for dispatch to your customer’s address.
- Blind dispatch. On request, parcels are sent without Dropora branding, invoices or prices.
- Tracking. When a tracking number is assigned it is saved to the order, shown in your dashboard and emailed to you.
Order statuses
Orders move through clear stages: Pending payment, Awaiting fulfilment, Dispatched and Completed. You can follow every order from the Orders section of your dashboard.
Sending many orders at once
If you sell in volume, upload a CSV file of orders from your dashboard. Every row is checked before anything is created, and you are shown exactly which rows need attention.
Storage and fulfilment for your own stock
