Training Instructions
- Unfold and place the pad plastic side down in a confined area, away from your dog’s bed and food.
- Place your dog on the pad several times so the dog can smell the pad and adjust to it.
- While your dog is using the pad, owners can use a phrase so that dogs eventually understand the command.
- Reward dogs with praise and a treat after using the pad successfully.
- If your dog has an accident, bring the dog back to the pad immediately to reaffirm that the pad is the correct place to use the toilet.
- Dispose of soiled pads and replace as required. To complete house training, gradually move the pad closer to the door and then outside.
