Description
A biodegradable and eco-friendly practical alternative to traditional plastic, the Round Paper Plant Pots from Dekton are starter pots for seedlings and cuttings. Constructed of organic paper fibres, the Round Paper Plant Pots will naturally decompose, allowing root systems to expand without being disturbed.
Benefits
Transplanting
With root-through capability, the Dekton Paper Plant Pots prevent delicate root hairs from tearing or being air-exposed. When the seeding is ready, plant the entire pot.
Air Pruning
The Round Paper Plant Pots, with a breathable material, allows air to reach the roots, encouraging the plant to develop a dense, more fibrous root system.
Water Regulation
With porous properties, the paper material helps to wick away excess moisture, reducing the risk of fungal rot in young seedlings, whilst maintaining a healthy natural internal humidity.
Zero Waste, Eco-Friendly
The Round Paper Plant Pots degrade into organic matter within weeks of being buried, leaving no microplastics or unwanted residue in garden beds.
