These terms apply to reseller accounts in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
1. Your relationship with your customers
You sell to your customers in your own name and on your own terms. You are the seller of record and are responsible for your listings, pricing, customer service, consumer-law obligations and taxes on your sales.
2. Product information and images
You may use the product information and images we provide to list and sell products supplied by Dropora. You must not use them for any other purpose or pass them to third parties.
3. Dropship orders
You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address for each order. Orders cannot be changed once they have entered fulfilment. Failed deliveries caused by incorrect details may incur re-delivery costs.
4. Blind shipping
Where blind dispatch is selected we will send the parcel without Dropora branding, invoices or prices. Courier labels may show a return address.
5. Wallet
Your wallet is a prepaid balance for buying from Dropora. It is not a bank account and does not earn interest. Refunds for wallet-paid orders are credited to the wallet. You may request repayment of an unused balance by contacting us.
6. Integrations
If you connect a third-party store such as Shopify, you authorise us to create and update products, stock levels and prices in that store and to read orders that contain Dropora products. You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard.
7. Suspension
We may suspend an account that is used fraudulently, breaches these terms or brings Dropora into disrepute. Outstanding paid orders will be fulfilled or refunded.
