These terms apply to your use of this website and to orders placed through it. The website is operated by Dropora. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Trade customers only
Dropora supplies businesses. By registering you confirm that you are acting in the course of a business, trade or profession and not as a consumer.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. We may decline, suspend or close an account where these terms are breached or information provided is inaccurate.
3. Products, prices and stock
We take care to describe products accurately and keep prices and stock levels up to date, but errors can occur. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and may change before an order is placed. If we cannot supply an item you have paid for, we will refund or credit it.
4. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when payment has been received and we confirm it by email. Payment may be made from your wallet balance, by card or by PayPal.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the address supplied with the order. You are responsible for the accuracy of delivery details. Delivery information is set out on our Shipping page.
6. Returns and refunds

7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business or indirect losses.
