Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery to some postcodes, such as the Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland, may cost more or take longer; any difference is shown at checkout.
Delivery options and cost
The delivery services available for an order, and their prices, are shown at checkout once the delivery address has been entered.
Dispatch
Paid orders join the fulfilment queue and are dispatched in order. The status of each order is shown in your dashboard.
Tracking
When an order is dispatched on a tracked service, the courier, tracking number and tracking link are added to the order and emailed to you so you can pass them on to your customer.
Blind shipping
Choose blind dispatch at checkout and the parcel is sent without Dropora branding, invoices or prices.
Delivery problems
If a parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us from the Support section of your dashboard with the order number and we will investigate with the courier.
