Dropora plugs into the places you already sell. Connect a store or marketplace, push products from your lists with your own retail prices, and keep stock levels in sync automatically. When your customer orders, the order comes back to Dropora, is paid from your wallet and is dispatched to them — with tracking sent straight back to your store.

How a connected store works
- Connect — authorise Dropora from your reseller dashboard. For Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce this takes a few minutes with the store’s own API keys; eBay uses a one-click eBay login.
- Push products — choose one of your lists. Products are created in your store with images, variants, descriptions, stock and your retail price (trade price plus your markup, or our RRP).
- Stay in sync — stock levels are updated every hour so you never oversell. Price updates are optional.
- Orders flow back — paid orders containing Dropora products appear in your dashboard (or are imported automatically every 15 minutes) and are paid from your prepaid wallet.
- Tracking goes back — when we dispatch, the order is marked fulfilled in your store with the tracking number, so your customer is notified by your own store.
Other systems: feeds, API and webhooks
Using Linnworks, ChannelEngine, Veeqo, a listing tool or your own software? Every approved reseller gets a private product feed (CSV, JSON or XML) that other systems can fetch on a schedule, a REST API for products, stock and order creation, and webhooks that notify your system the moment an order is dispatched or stock changes. Bulk CSV order upload and Excel/CSV product exports are included for everything else.
Is there a cost for integrations?
No. Integrations are included with every approved reseller account. You pay only for the products you order.
Can I choose my own retail prices?
Yes. Set a markup on the trade price or use our recommended retail price, per store. You can also edit prices in your store afterwards — just keep price sync switched off so we do not overwrite them.
Does my customer see Dropora?
No. Orders are dispatched in your name with blind packaging when you choose it, and tracking is passed back to your store so your customer hears from you, not us.
Which marketplaces are not connected directly?
Amazon, TikTok Shop, OnBuy and Etsy only allow approved partner applications, so they are not connected directly yet. You can list on them from a product feed or CSV export and place the orders here — manually, by bulk CSV or through the API.
